The community ceremony to commemorate the events of September 11, 2001 will be held at the 9/11 Garden. Highland Falls Fire Chief and FDNY Captian Erik Smith will serve as master of ceremony for this years event. Organizers ask that those who need seating bring their own as seating is limited. Town of Highlands Police will assist with parking along Route 9W
